Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions serve as a legal agreement between Liria Circle Private Pool Resort and the customer. By confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with all policies, responsibilities, and regulations set by the resort. These terms are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and the protection of both parties throughout the booking and stay.
1. Booking Policy
Customers must provide complete and accurate personal information (name, contact number, email, and booking date) when reserving through the system. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Each reservation is non-transferable and subject to availability. The resort reserves the right to cancel bookings with false or incomplete details.
2. Payment Policy
The resort offers two convenient payment options to provide flexibility for guests:
- Full Payment – Customers may pay the entire booking amount upon reservation. This option guarantees instant confirmation and avoids the need to settle any balance later.
- Down Payment (DP) – Customers may secure their booking slot by paying 50% of the total booking fee through the online reservation system.
Rules and Guidelines:
- The remaining 50% balance must be settled on or before the event date and may also be paid immediately after the event upon agreement with the resort staff.
- Guests who fail to pay the remaining balance may be subject to cancellation, or the resort may withhold certain privileges (e.g., withholding deposit refunds or access to facilities) until full payment is completed.
- All payments and balances must be made through the approved payment methods listed in the system.
- Official receipts and payment confirmations will be automatically generated by the system and sent directly to the customer's registered email address.
- Guests are encouraged to keep a copy of their receipts for record and verification purposes.
3. Refund Policy
To ensure fairness and proper scheduling:
- 50% Refund: Granted for cancellations made at least 7 days before the booked date.
- No Refund: Applied for cancellations made less than 3 days before the reserved date or no-shows.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after verification. This policy helps the resort manage schedules and compensate for lost booking opportunities.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule their booking at least 5 days prior to the original date, subject to availability. Only one reschedule is allowed per reservation. Failure to show up on the scheduled date is considered a forfeited booking.
5. Resort Rules and Damages
Guests must follow all resort rules and regulations during their stay. Customers are responsible for any damage or loss to resort property, including furniture, equipment, or facilities. If any item is broken, damaged, or lost, the customer will be charged the corresponding penalty or replacement cost. This ensures the maintenance of resort quality for all guests. (Example: Broken glassware, damaged chairs, or vandalized items will be charged accordingly.)
6. User Responsibilities
Users must keep their login details secure and ensure the accuracy of all entered data. The resort is not liable for errors caused by user negligence or unauthorized access to their accounts.
7. System Availability
The system is designed for 24/7 access; however, temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or upgrades. The resort will strive to inform users in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
The resort is not responsible for losses due to user mistakes, payment gateway issues, or third-party failures beyond its control.
9. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled under local law.

The collected data is strictly used for operational purposes such as booking confirmation, sending updates, verifying payments, and enhancing service quality. Liria Circle Private Pool Resort guarantees that all customer information will remain confidential and will not be sold, rented, or shared with any unaffiliated third parties.
3. Data Protection
To ensure privacy and security, all customer information is stored in a secured database with encryption technology and limited access. Only authorized resort personnel can access this data to manage reservations and payment transactions, reducing the risk of unauthorized use or disclosure.
4. Data Sharing
Customer data may only be shared with trusted third parties such as secure payment processors or government authorities, but only when required by law. Any sharing of data will be limited to what is necessary to complete legal or payment-related obligations.
5. User Rights
Customers have the right to access, update, or request deletion of their personal data. Requests for data changes will be processed only after verifying the identity of the requester to protect against unauthorized access.
6. Cookies and Tracking
The resort's online system may use cookies to enhance user experience by remembering preferences and improving navigation. These cookies do not collect sensitive personal information and are only used with the user's consent.
7. Policy Updates
